By accessing or using the Listval application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Listval is a gamified productivity application that helps users build habits, complete tasks, and track personal growth through value-based goal setting. The App includes both free and premium subscription features.
3. Account Registration
3.1 You must create an account to use certain features of the App.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.4 You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
3.5 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment Terms
4.1 Premium Features
The App offers premium subscriptions with enhanced features on a monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis.
4.2 Billing
- Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly
- Yearly subscriptions are billed annually
- Lifetime purchases are one-time payments
- All payments are processed through Apple’s App Store
4.3 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
4.4 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iTunes account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.5 Refunds
Refund requests must be directed to Apple through the App Store, as all payments are processed by Apple.
4.6 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to subsequent billing periods.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Share inappropriate content through social features
6. User Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of content you create (tasks, values, goals). By using the App, you grant us a license to use this content to provide and improve our services.
6.2 Privacy
Content you choose to share with friends or on leaderboards becomes visible to those users according to your privacy settings.
6.3 Removal
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Social Features
7.1 Friend Connections
The App allows you to connect with other users. You are responsible for your interactions with other users.
7.2 Leaderboards
Participation in leaderboards is optional. Your username and certain statistics may be visible to other users.
7.3 Blocking and Reporting
You can block or report users who violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 App Ownership
The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
8.2 License to Use

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
