Pick 3 to 5 core values from a starting list, or name your own. Every task you add belongs to one of them, and the value’s name sits under the task. A value you haven’t worked on loses a little health each day.

Motivation
XP and Streaks, Tuned for the Long Run
Each finished task earns XP, and harder tasks earn more. XP raises your overall level and a separate level for each value. A streak counts the days in a row you finish a task, with up to two rest days a week.
Accountability
You Choose What Friends See
Add friends and keep each other going. Level-ups, achievements, streak milestones and finished challenges show up in your activity feed, with global, weekly and friends-only leaderboards. Your values stay hidden by default.
Progress
Consistency Over Perfection
The Progress tab opens on your level, days active, tasks done and consistency, then shows this week’s performance, a values balance chart, a weekly trend, an activity calendar, a monthly overview and your milestones.
Suggestions
Your Next Best Action
Choose one value as Today’s Focus and Listval shows the next best action for it, so the next step is picked when you open the app. It can also suggest tasks for a value, three at a time, based on the time of day and your streak.
Privacy
Sign in with Apple
Sign in with Apple, so Listval never needs a new password. Your values stay private, and friends see only what you choose, each with its own switch. Listval does not sell your data, and you can delete your account in the app.
