About Suggestions
Each day you can choose one value as Today’s Focus. Listval then shows the next best action for that value, so the next step is already picked when you open the app. When you finish every task for your focus value, Listval marks it with a celebration and the XP you earned, then lets you add more with an If-Then plan.
Listval can also suggest tasks for a value, three at a time. It draws on a library of suggestions for the common values, and on iOS 26 it uses Apple’s on-device model, which runs on the phone itself, to write suggestions for values you named yourself. Suggestions take into account the time of day, your current streak and how much you finished this week.
